Technical Working Groups

To ensure the widest stakeholder involvement, full participation, continuous dialogue and institutional cooperation between the main authorities, institutions and representative bodies involved, several technical working groups were convened. These included four thematic sessions with ministries and key stakeholders, eight bilateral meetings with individual regions accompanied by representatives appointed by ANCI and UPI, and three partnership meetings with representatives of employers and trade unions.

Participants were invited to provide input not only for the definition of strategic sectors to be promoted and strengthened, but also for the identification of actions to be taken, in synergy with interventions already planned at the regional or sectoral level. This consultative activity resulted in the collection of over 80 contributions from administrations and various stakeholders.
