Bank of Italy and ZES Mission Structure sign an agreement to share data on the Single ZES

This morning, the Collaboration and Research Agreement on the Single ZES was signed between the ZES Mission Structure and the Bank of Italy, in the presence of the Undersecretary to the Presidency of the Council with responsibility for the South, Luigi Sbarra.

The agreement was signed by Avv. Giuseppe Romano, representing the ZES Mission Structure, and Dr. Andrea Brandolini, representing the Bank of Italy.

The Agreement provides for the sharing of data and methodologies, as well as the conduct of analyses and evaluations useful for monitoring activities and measuring the economic impact of the Single ZES.

“The excellent results achieved with the Single ZES for Southern Italy,” declared Undersecretary Sbarra at the signing ceremony, “are the outcome of the relaunch and reform process promoted by the Meloni Government. We are firmly supporting promotional initiatives in the territories and dialogue with employers’ associations, backed by the certainty of more substantial resources compared to previous years and by a three-year planning framework that represents a concrete achievement of government action. The agreement between the Bank of Italy and the ZES Mission Structure is a fundamental step in enhancing the results achieved and ensuring a rigorous evaluation of the economic effects of the special economic zone, strengthening the ability to measure the impact of the policies implemented.”

The agreement between the ZES Mission Structure and the Bank of Italy represents a further step in building an advanced monitoring system based on solid analysis.
